部活のあと、友だちとアメフットショップに行きました。小学校でアメフットを始めてからいつもこの店でアメフット用品を買っています。もうすぐ大学生になるので、気持ちも新たにアメフットに取りくみたいと思って、新しい防具をそろえることにしました。今日は、ショルダー（防具のひとつ）を買いました。35,000円です。アメフットは身につけるものが多くて、一式そろえるのに10万円くらいかかってしまいます。金額の大きなものを買うときは、お母さんにお金を出してもらいます。

After practice, a friend and I sometimes go to a store that specializes in equipment for American football. I've been coming to this store ever since I first started playing football in elementary school. Now that I'm going on to university, I've decided to buy a new set of protective gear. New gear, I figure, will help me make a fresh start in the bigger time of college ball. This time I bought a set of shoulder pads for 35,000 yen. Football players wear a lot of gear, and a full set costs about 100,000 yen. When I make big purchases like this, I usually get the money from my mother.
