　ラダートレーニングをしているところです。クールダウンをかねているので、冗談を言いあいながら、リラックスしてやっています。3年生は、12月の全国大会が終わったあと、引退しました。でも、そのあともみんな練習に参加して、汗を流したり、後輩の指導をしたりしています。

Here we're doing ladder training. This is partly just to cool down, so we're relaxed and joking around. We third-years retired from the team after the national championships in December, but we still go to practice to work out and help train the younger players.
