2階の部屋へ戻って、制服に着がえます。男子生徒は黒の詰め襟タイプの制服を着ることになっていますが、6月から9月までは上着は着ないでワイシャツだけになります。ワイシャツの下には、白のTシャツを着ています。その日に使う教科書とノートをかばんにつめて、1階に下ります。このかばんは学校で指定されているもので、男子も女子も同じものを使っています。
ぼくとお兄ちゃんと妹の部屋は2階にあります。1階にはダイニングキッチン、リビング、お父さんとお母さんの部屋があります。早起きした日は、朝ご飯を食べたあと、部屋で音楽を聞いたりしてリラックスします。

I go back upstairs and put on my school uniform. The boys wear black uniforms with a stand-up collar, but from June to September when it's hot, we don't have to wear our jackets and can just wear a long-sleeved or short-sleeved dress shirt. I wear a white undershirt underneath. I pack my bag with the textbooks and notebooks I need for the day and go downstairs. This bag is the standard equipment designated by the school and it's the same for girls and boys.
My room and the rooms of my brother and sister are on the second floor of our house. Downstairs is the kitchen and dining room, the living room, and my parents' room. If I get up early enough, sometimes I have time after breakfast to listen to music and relax a bit in my room before leaving for school.
