8時ごろ、友だちといっしょに寮を出ます。寮から校舎までは5分くらいです。天気のいい日は、寮から校舎に続く白樺並木がとてもきれいです。季節とともに色や姿を変える木々をながめて、のんびり歩きます。わずか5分ですが、友だちとマンガの話や授業のことなどいろいろとおしゃべりのできる楽しい時間です。

About 8:00, I leave the dormitory with my friends and walk about five minutes to the school building. On good-weather days, the white birches that line the street between the dormitory and the school building are really beautiful. We can walk at a leisurely pace, enjoying the changing colors and features of the seasons. It's only about five minutes, but we enjoy talking about the manga we're reading, our classes, and other things as we go.
