千里国際学園の高等部は各学期で単位を認定する単位制になっています。学期ごとに履修できる科目や時間割が変わり、生徒が自分の興味や意欲にあわせて科目を選択することができます。わたしは、2年生までに多めに単位を取得したので、今年はあまり授業を選択する必要がありません。あき時間は、カフェで友だちとおしゃべりしたり、図書館で勉強したりしています。今日は、午前中授業が入っていないので、彼と図書館で勉強しています。

Advancement at the high school division of Senri International School is based on the number of approved credits you earn each term. The courses you can take and the class schedules change each term, and we are allowed to choose courses in accordance with our interests and how hard we want to study. I earned quite a large number of credits in first and second years, so I don't have to take a full schedule of classes this year. I can spend the free hours between the classes I have to talk with my friends in the cafeteria or study in the library. Today, since I don't have any morning classes, I'm studying in the library with my boyfriend.
