Maybe because my parents took me to Disneyland often since I was a child, I really love Disney! Of the characters, I especially like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, and I even go to Disney Sea to see them♪ It may seem strange since I've never left Japan, but Disneyland is my favorite place in the whole world!! People often ask me if I get bored of it, having been there so many times, but just watching the shows and parades makes me happy, and I discover something new every time I go. So, no, I never get bored there!!

Before I knew it, I had accumulated all this Disney paraphernalia. I know I shouldn't add any more to my collection, but when I see something cute, I just can't help myself (^-^;) I've got everything from key chains to measuring spoons☆ It's great to spend each day surrounded by Disney stuff, but recently, I've been having trouble finding enough storage space. But I keep adding to my collection everyday . . . hmmm . . . it's a serious problem!

You can tell from the photos, but my desk has completely been taken over by Disney paraphernalia, so I usually study at the table in our living room. When I'm studying at night, I'm always overcome by intense drowsiness and think, "I'll close my eyes just a little bit," only to wake up in the middle of the night with my half-finished homework still sitting there in front of me. Don't you have a similar experience??

The Disney videos I've been collecting since I was little are now my most treasured possessions!! Of course I watch them for entertainment, but ever since I started studying English, they've come in useful in learning the lines in English☆

The more I study, the more I understand, and because of this I've come to love English♪ If it hadn't been for Disney, I probably wouldn't have fallen in love with English, and I may not have participated in this project. This is how big an influence Disney has had on me!!

Like I said before, I've never been abroad. That's why I wanted to participate in this project, to learn what people my age in other countries are thinking and to broaden my perspectives. It's not because I want to make friends all over the world and visit all the world's Disneylands!! (But I'd be lying if I didn't admit I have considered this.) Disneyland just opened in Hong Kong, didn't it? I'd really like to go♪ Anyway, I'm looking forward to wonderful "deai" through this project☆
