 Hi,
my name is Zoe and I am 11 years old. I attend Unity College,
Murray Bridge, South Australia. I have long brown hair
and greeny, blue eyes. About Me
My
favourite colours are green and purple and I love food (Who
doesn't!). The foods I like to eat most are chicken and mangoes
and I also like to eat tomatoes like apples and cucumbers
like bananas. My favourite television shows are two of the
Typical Australian Soap Operas, "Neighbours" and "Home and
Away". I love them because there is always something new happening
that keeps me in suspense.
I
also enjoy playing most sports, although I am only allowed
to play one sport so I play Basketball. I play for one of
my school teams, Unity Suns and so far this season we have
won about five games. One thing I always look forward to
the most is going on holidays. The furthest I have been
out of Australia is Vanuatu, which is an island my family
and I stopped at on a boat cruise when I was just 6 years
old. I have two pet mice, one is called Nugget and the other
is named Chips. Nugget is a boy and Chips is a girl and
I always look forward to playing with them after school.
One
last thing I do in my spare time is collecting all different
types of money for my money collection. My favourite coin
in this collection would have to be the English 20 pence.
Oh,
and when I grow up I would love to get into acting, be an
artist or own a craft shop. I am forever making things at
home and if I was to own a craft shop I would do sessions
where I help other children make crafty accessories.
My Friends and Family
Out
of everyone in my family I am the youngest. My Mum's name
is Lynette and my Dad's name is Brenton. My parents don't
live together as they have been separated. I also have two
brothers and one sister. My brother's names are Matthew and
Joshua and my sister's name is Kristy. Joshua is 13, Kristy
is 16 and Matthew is 20. My brother Joshua, sister Kristy
and I live with our Mum and go to our Dad's house on particular
days of the week. My eldest brother Matthew lives at his own
house along with his girl friend Breanne, who is currently
pregnant with a baby girl which means soon I am going to be
an aunty! My
friends names are; Alex, Emily, Ebonee, Kirsty, Libby and
Kieran. I have been a friend with most of them since I was
about 6 years old and I know all of them from school.
I
really enjoy Japanese at school and have always wanted to
go to Japan. It would be a great experience to be surrounded
in a different culture and I think it would help me with
my future study of Japan. One of the reasons I did this
competition is because I have always liked to try new things
and to challenge myself, even if it means I have to step
out of my comfort zone. |
