Senri International High School

Senri International School (SIS) is a private junior high and senior high school. Many of the students have attended school overseas for a number of years. Its curriculum follows the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Course of Study for Secondary Schools. Located on the same campus is the Osaka International School (OIS), where instruction is provided in English mainly for non-Japanese students. SIS and OIS hold some classes, such as music and art, jointly and student council activities are also combined.

The Senri International School senior high school curriculum is divided into three independent terms (spring, autumn, winter), allowing some flexibility in the completion of courses of study for each term. Unlike most schools in Japan, in principle there are no school rules regarding dress or kinds of items that may be brought to the school.
