こうつうあんぜんしゅうかん
Week-long traffic safety campaign, usually held spring and fall for a period of 10 days. Conducted since 1948, the campaign is sponsored by the Cabinet, the National Police Agency, and the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications.
