TJFが撮影したすべての写真の著作権はTJFに帰属しています。生い立ちや学校生活の一部分など、本人や学校から借用した写真については、その使用について許可を得ています。また、肖像権については、本人とその保護者に使用の許諾を得た写真のみ掲載しています。著作権、肖像権の法的責任はTJFが負っています。
「であい」のすべての写真および文章は、非営利の教育目的に使用される場合のみ、無償で使用することができます。ただし、非営利、営利にかかわらず、出版物やホームページなどで公式に使用する場合は、事前にTJFの許可を得てください。
TJF holds the copyright to all the photographs under the contract between TJF and the individual photographers. TJF also holds the portrait rights for the Deai students, their friends, siblings, and other relations, as well as friends, teachers, school-related and other persons appearing in the photographs included in “Deai,” under contract with all persons concerned. Furthermore, TJF has only published photographs for which it has received express permission from the Deai student in question, or his or her legal guardian. TJF assumes all legal responsibility regarding copyright and portrait rights in this project.
All the photographs recorded in these materials may be used free of charge, as long as it is for educational non-profit activities. Prior permission must be obtained in writing from The Japan Forum for use of the photographs in any textbook or other publication including websites, whether produced for profit or non-profit purposes.
