最初から「であい」のすべてを使わなくてもいいと思います。「であい」の内容を全部見てから、自分に合うところを拾い出して使いたいという先生がいましたが、3ヵ月たっても見ていないそうです（笑）。写真1枚でも使えるところから少しずつ使ってみてはどうでしょうか？ たとえば、水島優のアップの写真1枚を見せるだけでも、生徒たちの反応は全然違うと聞いています。授業案コーナーには、いくつか参考になるレッスンプランも載っているので、ぜひ見てみてください。たとえば、アメリカのSheila Baumgardner先生は、明日の授業ですぐに使える22のアクティビティのアイディアを、同じくアメリカのPeggy Hagmann Thill先生は、普段どおりの授業を変えずに少しずつ「であい」を使っていくアイディアを紹介しています。
We don’t think you need to use all of the Deai resources from the very start. One teacher said that she wanted to look through the entire Deai Kit to find exactly what she wanted to use before using it, but after three months she still hadn’t finished! What about finding a place in your normal lessons to include even a single photo sheet and from there work Deai in a little at a time? Also, please take a look at the Sample Lesson Plans section of the Deai Website, which features numerous activities and lesson plans for your reference. U.S. teacher Sheila Baumgardner, for example, offers twenty-two generic ideas for class activities you can use tomorrow, and Peggy Hagmann Thill, another teacher in the U.S., introduces activities for gradually incorporating Deai into your regular lessons.
